Handpieces to Treat All Areas of the Body

To effectively treat all areas of the body, the LightSheer DESIRE is equipped with three easily replaceable handpieces.
HS has a 22x35mm HIT point size that allows the use of low flow and a unique pain reduction mechanism, providing safe, fast and comfortable treatment.
XC has a Sapphire ChillTip point size of 12x12mm, providing an optimal solution for large and small areas requiring a higher level of impact.
ET has a 9x9mm Sapphire ChillTip spot designed to treat small areas requiring maximum precision and high fluency.

How HIT Works

The vacuum gently pulls the skin into the handpiece, the skin is stretched thin and the target is pulled closer to the energy source. Energy is applied to a target where melanocytes are scattered and blood flow is constricted. The target is damaged and the skin comes off.

Increased efficacy: reduction of competing chromophores allows more efficient delivery of laser energy. Higher safety: less energy is absorbed by the epidermis and lower fluence is required because the target is closer to the energy source. How ChillTip Works

The skin is cooled before and during treatment.
The skin is compressed. A laser beam is applied to the skin and the target is damaged
